WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

 

We offer international shipping across the world! Well, almost. Countries that we currently do NOT ship to are: 


Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe

 

 

SHIPPING COSTS & OPTIONS

 

We offer free US shipping for orders over $49. For US orders under $49, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged for each order. 
 

For international orders, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 will be charged for each order. Please note international shipping packages may be subject to the local country’s taxes and duties. Customers will be responsible for paying such taxes and duties if any. 

Currently we only offer standard shipping and do not offer expediated shipping. See handling & delivery time below.

HANDLING & DELIVERY TIME

 

Our estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days for standard US shipping and 10-20 business days for standard international shipping. 


We may use different carriers dependent on where you are located. During holidays, the handling and delivery time may become longer. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us to confirm before you place an order.


Once your order is placed, you will not be able to modify your shipping address, so please review your order carefully before you place it. 

TRACKING

 

We will provide the name of the carrier and a tracking number for each order once it is shipped. You will receive the shipping information in email.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As all our products are unique and are produced only once they are ordered, we do not support returns or exchanges in case you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.

 

However, if there’s a problem with the order, please do get in touch with us within 10 days of product delivery, and we’ll look into this. In cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we’ll offer you a free replacement or a refund, after our Customer Care Team reviews and confirms the issue. Please note that in case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
